In Oracle Hyperion Planning newest version you can create the chart by Planning itselves. Look and feel similar OBIEE. This feature is Display Data as Charts

Display Data as Charts

To help users graphically view data, administrators can design composite forms to display the data in sections as charts.
Usage examples:

• Display a form as a chart in the top section and as a grid in the bottom section so planners can see the effect of data they enter in the bottom grid (when saved) as a chart on the top.
• Include the same ad hoc grid twice, one to display as a grid and the other to display as a chart. Users can then perform ad hoc operations (such as Zoom In, Pivot To, and Keep Only) on the grid and view the changes in the chart.
• Create a dashboard by displaying multiple related forms as charts.

Implicit Fact Column Technique fix the problem ,when you query (select) dimension only but the result show not complete data

  To set an implicit fact column, open the Subject Area properties box. In the Implicit Fact Column section, click the Set button to open the Browse dialog box. Expand the desired fact table and select the implicit fact column.

1.  Create the usage tracking table

2.  Import the usage tracking table.

Import table that you create to Physical layer.

3.  Build a usage tracking business model.

Build a usage tracking business model using the columns in the S_NQ_ACCT table

4.  Enable usage tracking.
With modify the NQSConfig.ini file to enable usage tracking.


5.  Enable direct insertion.

With Set the DIRECT_INSERT parameter to YES 

6.  Set the physical table parameter.
Set the PHYSICAL_TABLE_NAME parameter to specify the table into which to insert records corresponding to the query statistics.
The table name is the fully qualified name as it appears in the Physical layer of the Administration Tool.

7.  Set the connection pool parameter.
Set the CONNECTION_POOL parameter to specify the connection pool to use for inserting records into the usage tracking table.
The connection pool is the fully qualified name as it appears in the Physical layer of the Administration Tool. 

8.  Set additional parameters.
